MUSIC TUITION
Tamara Szeker holds a Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Music with an Excellent Grade for performing and teaching cello and chamber music. She worked as a full time cello and chamber music teacher at the School of Music and Performing Arts in Kaposvar (Hungary) for 5 years, teaching children and young people from the age of 5 to 23. She provided high quality and pleasurable music lessons to all of her students. Some of them have finished with gold at music competitions county- and country-wide, and many of them have chosen music as their profession. Alongside her teaching practice, Tamara was a member of the Kaposvar Symphony Orchestra. She has a strong passion for early baroque and renaissance music, which led her also to play the Viola da Gamba (the ‘ancestor’ of the Cello) in several baroque music ensembles. In order to extend her pedagogical work, she worked with nursery children in Northampton for 4 years and gained Early Years Teacher Status at the University of Northampton in 2014. At the moment she is giving Cello, Guitar, Piano lessons and Early Years Music Sessions with lots of pleasure and success.

Cello lessons
I hold a Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Music for performing and teaching cello and chamber music. If you have been touched by the beautiful, mellow sound of the cello, come and join our class! I give cello lessons to students from beginners to grade 8.
Piano lessons
Piano lessons are available to students from beginners up to grade 3. Anyone from the age of 3 is welcome, and there is no upper age limit in my musical instrument tuition! Students are encouraged to play alongside others, please feel free to invite your friends or siblings to music lessons!
Early Years Music
What do we do?
Our activities are embedded into exciting musical drama play
- We play ring games, sing action songs, nursery rhymes and various songs in a range of topics and styles
- We give children opportunities to play and explore musical instruments
What kind of skills do the music sessions improve?
Clear singing, the sense of rhythm
- Children’s communication: speech, clear articulation, vocabulary and verbal memory
- Patience, concentration, as well as learning ability, self-confidence, social-emotional skills

To support our mission, please consider donating to our "Bible Land" and Paracletos Education Centre projects in Hungary.
In our vision, Bible Land will be a Biblical educational leisure center where everything is about God. Our goal is to build Biblical scenes where children can participate in interactive programs, either with their school community or with their parents. We want to create a Biblical adventure park within Bible Land where we make the stories of the Bible visible and tangible for children and adults, and help them get to know and learn to love God through discussions, prayer meetings, performances, drama play, concerts and other events. We want to help them develop a personal and lifelong relationship with God and to ensure that they will always enjoy coming back to Bible Land to recharge, to learn about God, and to grow spiritually in a living Christian community so that they can also pass on God’s love message to others.
